Welcome to Children Of War!

We are a level 80 guild on the Runnyeye server in EQ2, founded on the 1st of november 2005. We offer all aspects of the game to our members and are a guild of mature people who take the game serious but our top priority is to have fun. We help each other out with xp/hq's/quests wherever we can and have instance groups/raids for fun/xp/loot. We value the people playing the game instead of what their characters are worth.

We accept more friendly and active members so don't hesitate to post your application on our forums or pm any of the following officers ingame:

Our Raid Force is currently "under construction". If you are interested in what and how CoW is going to be raiding, please feel free to contact any of the people mentioned above.

Chamber of Destiny - The Leviathan Downed!

Sunday, 20th April 2009 at 21:30 or so, CoW downed The Leviathan!!!



This is testimony to the tremenous efforts of our progression raid officer and leaders (Jarmorgnak, Leijus and Vellandra) and to everyone in our recently formed new Raid Force.

Not only did we kill The Leviathan and gain access to VP, we even had a quick nose into the latter, far enough to take down a first boss: Kluzen the Protector!

Onwards and upwards, CoW truly is becoming a guild worth being part of, emcompassing ALL aspects of the game.

Congratulations everyone!  And take the time to visit our new trophy in the central place in our Guild Hall.  Something to be proud of!

Kor-Sha - Overking Downed!

On Sunday, 29th March, the CoW raid force finally took down Overking.  Again, this is a huge credit to everyone that took part and a pointer that we are now moving in the right direction regarding our raiding.

Kor-Sha Twins downed!

Today, our Raid Force demonstrated how far we have come in the last few weeks by finally taking down the Twins (Kodux and Zarda) in Kor-Sha.  This is a huge credit to everyone that took part and we hope this is just the start of bigger things to come...

No picture though (unfortunately - anyone got one?).

After three successful years in Norrath the Children of War are strong as ever and are looking forward to making even more of an impact in their fourth year!

CoW's T3 Guild Hall

We were most likely the first to get the T3 Guild Hall today and we were able to place all usefull amenities in no time. Thank you everyone who contributed with money and status ! It ain't over yet though, the upkeep costs have to be paid, so if you got some status you can spare, don't hesitate to donate to the Guild's Escrow :-)
